A sourced answer

You

Which channels produced last month’s new customers?

Your analytics agent · sample answer

19 customers closed. Eleven have a recorded path: five from organic search, four through the missed-call follow-up workflow and two from the newsletter.

Eight have no recorded acquisition touchpoint. I have left those unattributed. The missed-call workflow describes a conversion path, not necessarily the original source.

Sources: CRM closed opportunities, captured campaign tags and call records.

Sample data. Paid ad spend is unmeasured here: automated Google and Meta ingestion is not yet live. Reach across networks is an upper bound, not a count of unique people.

Keep the evidence honest

Useful data, with its limits.

01

Know the source

Check which accounts are connected, what has been ingested and how fresh it is.

02

Compare recorded paths

Attribution allocates credit across captured interactions. It does not prove that a channel caused a sale.

03

Leave gaps visible

Missing data stays visible; imported contacts are separate from new leads. Untracked sources remain unattributed. Automated Google and Meta ad-spend ingestion is not yet live.
